Joseph is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. He has over 25 years of experience supporting the implementation of child welfare IT systems, including SACWIS and CCWIS. Joseph has provided analysis and oversight for child welfare modernizations in Canada, Iowa, Massachusetts, Maryland, and North Carolina. Prior to this he served as a child protection worker for Massachusetts. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Licensed Certified Social Worker.
