Spencer is a business analyst with CSG’s Child Welfare practice. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily working for public sector child welfare programs. Spencer brings extensive knowledge of child welfare functional areas, business processes, and regulatory requirements, as well as federal reporting mandates and compliance standards. Prior to joining CSG, Spencer served as an IT Analyst for the federal Administration for Children and Families where he provided guidance to states across the country that were pursuing new IT systems compliant with Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System regulations.
