Robin is a project manager and quality assurance and business analyst in CSG’s Program Modernization practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, project management, planning, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of portfolios, programs, and projects. Robin has worked on IT system modernization projects in programs including motor vehicle, tax and revenue, unemployment insurance, health insurance exchanges, and Medicaid. Robin has served as project manager for multiple independent QA projects in Oregon and currently provides QA services for the Oregon Department of Transportation, Department of Motor Vehicles Service Transformation Program.
