Tracy is a senior project manager and Organizational Change Management Lead in CSG’s Program Modernization and Healthcare and Human Service practices. She has 19 years of experience providing project management services, specializing in the integration of personnel, vendors, contractors, and consultants into cohesive project teams focused on efficient completion of project deliverables. Tracy’s expertise includes corporate leadership, workflow management, operations resources management, business process improvement, and metrics-based assessment and execution. Prior to joining CSG, Tracy was the Implementation Lead for Illinois’ Integrated Eligibility System project, overseeing training, communications, business process redesign, change management, deployment, and end user support for the project.
