A PMI-certified Project Management Professional, he is a Medicaid expert with over 25 years of experience managing private and public sector divisions. Norman is skilled at developing, communicating, and managing the strategic direction of IT projects to achieve the state’s goals. Prior to joining CSG he spent more than 13 years in director-level roles managing human resources, customer service, and healthcare member and provider services projects for the State of Maine’s Medicaid program. Under his management, the state saw improvement in customer service team productivity, increased operational efficiency, and multi-channel coordination and communication.
