Jess is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has ten years of experience working in various roles in government healthcare, with programs including Medicaid, Medicare, and Health Benefit Exchanges. Jess has an extensive background in policy analysis and technical writing and has experience developing and analyzing RFPs, Advance Planning Documents (APDs), and other policy and legal documents. Jess currently serves our IV&V team for the Kentucky Medicaid Enterprise Management Solution Modernization Project, acting as IV&V business analyst and subject matter expert for the Medicaid Administrative Services Organization module Outcomes-Based Certification pilot. She is adept at creating and managing project document libraries in and performing quality control on project deliverables in Agile environments.
