Sarah is a senior business analyst and recognized expert in child support federal certification within CSG’s Child Support practice. She brings over 20 years of child support experience spanning leadership and analytical roles, including Deputy Director, Business Analyst, Policy Analyst, Lead Case Manager, Training and Outreach Coordinator, and State of Oregon Constituent Liaison. Her expertise includes ensuring compliance with federal guidelines through full project lifecycles, performing gap analysis, managing user acceptance testing, and leading teams and training initiatives. Prior to joining CSG, Sarah spent more than three years as the lead analyst for the successful federal certification of Oregon’s modernized child support system, participating in requirements development and traceability and testing management.
