Hyrum is a business and technical analyst with more than 8 years of experience working in the development and implementation of integrated tax systems for state agencies. He previously worked as an Implementation Consultant for the implementations of the FAST Enteprises GenTax system in Alabama and South Carolina. On those projects, he supported the implementation of a number of subsystems; led the configuration of new tax types; and provided presentations, documentations, and user training. Hyrum has worked through the full life cycle of system implementations, including definition, conversion, testing, rollout, deskside, and production support phases. He also supported the development of the fraud, analytics, and data services components of the GenTax system, and implemented fraud modeling processes used to identify state tax identity theft.
