GeJuan is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Child Welfare practice. She has more than 25 years of state government experience, including 17 years supporting IT systems in child support and child welfare. GeJuan’s expertise includes data analysis and conversion, process analysis and improvement, requirements management, risk and issue management, strategic planning, and testing. GeJuan previously worked for the Florida Child Support Enforcement Program for more than 11 years, where she managed data conversion for multiple phases of the CSE Automated Management System (CAMS) modernization project. She also spent five years working for the Arizona Department of Child Safety, supporting requirements development, testing, and risk and issue management for several IT projects.
