Baleigh is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has three years of experience working on child support system modernization projects in Nevada and South Carolina. Baleigh’s experience includes developing and delivering training materials for help desk analysts and system end-users, executing testing, and leading process improvement. Baleigh has experience working with stakeholders across projects to facilitate a smooth transition to new IT systems, including working on business process re-engineering and troubleshooting. Most recently, she worked as the Help Desk Manager for Nevada’s child support system modernization, managing 20 analysts to support the system and training state and county staff on the new system.
