Stephanie Boyle

Stephanie is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including more than 10 years working in state government HHS programs. Stephanie has extensive experience performing vendor, contract, and program management within state Medicaid programs. Her experience also includes federal policy analysis, business and data analysis, budget creation and monitoring, requirements gathering and documentation, and use case and user story development. Prior to joining CSG, Stephanie has spent the past nine years in various roles with Iowa Medicaid, most recently serving as a Vendor Contract Manager for the managed care program. In that role, she negotiated, created, updated, and maintained vendor contracts; conducted policy review and analysis; and performed data analysis to identify fraud, waste, and abuse.
