Venecia is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services and Child Support practices. She has more than 20 years of IT project management experience, including five years managing Medicaid IT projects. Venecia’s experience includes contract management, business process improvement, risk management, training, requirements management, and testing. Prior to joining CSG, Venecia spent more than five years with the Idaho Medicaid program, managing day-to-day operations for multiple programs and using root cause and trend analysis to identify and resolve systemic issues.
