She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years of experience working in children’s programs, including child support, child care, and K-12 education. Carrie’s experience includes risk identification and mitigation, stakeholder management, training development and delivery, and workflow optimization. She is skilled at tailoring program implementation processes to business goals to improve performance and facilitate the achievement of goals.
