Britta is a Business Analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than seven years of experience in Medicaid, eligibility, and other healthcare and human services programs. She is experienced in business process analysis, requirements development, system testing, and process improvement, and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In her most recent role at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Britta supported a variety of Medicaid and other systems projects, including CMS certification activities for the State’s Electronic Visit Verification module.
