Je’Kashia is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has six years of experience in children’s social services, including five years as a child support analyst. Her experience includes developing, implementing, and evaluating workflow processes; delivering training; managing teams; and applying research and analytical skills to solve complex problems. Prior to joining CSG, Je’Kashia spent more than five years as a Child Support Specialist with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, managing a complex caseload, serving as a lead worker, and conducting onsite and remote trainings on a variety of topics.
