Jennifer is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years of experience providing consulting services for state government agencies on program and system modernization, policy analysis and compliance, technology implementation, and organizational change readiness projects. She brings experience supporting numerous states across a broad range of programs including Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, WIC, CHIP, HIPAA, MITA, public assistance eligibility, and other state and federal systems and programs. Jennifer is an expert in providing project management, procurement assistance, strategic planning, financial management, quality assurance, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), data analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), operational readiness, financial management, training, organizational development, and organizational change management services for state system takeover, modernization, and replacement projects.
