Jenny is a business analyst and subject matter expert in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 20 years of experience working in Medicaid systems, spearheading successful compliance initiatives including Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services certification efforts. Jenny has analyzed system requirements across the full system development lifecycle of major MMIS implementations, supporting traceability and data validation. She has experience in training teams on modernized provider portals and modular systems at both the state and vendor level.
