Emerald is a project coordinator and technical writer in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 10 years of experience working in public benefit programs, including administrating human-centered services and benefits though use of federal, state, and local assistance programs. She has experience coordinating project management services for multiple HHS IT modernization projects for state agencies, including developing and reviewing high-quality deliverables to support system development.
