She has over 12 years of experience in government programs, including as Lead Business Analyst for the State of Nebraska’s eligibility system modernization. Erica has worked closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and agency staff to document and understand business requirements and functional design specifications for new systems and add functionality enhancements to existing systems. She has subject matter expertise in the areas of Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, SNAP, LIHEAP, and Medicaid.
