She brings expertise in policy and procedures, testing, risk assessments, strategic planning, and system integration. Tawanda has worked on Medicaid systems in seven states including Delaware, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, Virginia, and Washington DC. She is a certified Scrum Master.
