Kimberly is a business analyst with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare information technology and operations management. She has supported MMIS modernization projects in multiple states, most recently serving as a Program Operations Project Manager for Virginia’s Medicaid Enterprise System Project, overseeing the implementation of Appeals and Provider Management systems. Kimberly brings experience with project management, business process analysis and process improvement, requirements definition and management, quality management, and testing, and expertise in Medicaid operational areas including claims processing, provider management and enrollment, appeals, and finance.
