The Oregon Employment Department (OED) is modernizing its business and technology systems to meet the evolving needs of the state’s employers and residents. The department initiative includes a full replacement of the legacy systems supporting its Unemployment Insurance tax and benefits programs.
Quality Management for UI Modernization
Oregon selected CSG to provide independent Quality Management Services for all project processes and deliverables across the full project life cycle. The CSG team provides an initial risk assessment, monthly and quarterly reporting including an independent evaluation of planned schedule, budget, and resources, and provides suggestions for mitigation. CSG also establishes a comprehensive quality management plan, including quality control standards, checklists, report templates, and processes, and review project deliverables based on the plan.
