She has over 10 years of experience analyzing policies and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Alice is a Medicaid expert with experience programming systems to correctly enforce policies, ensuring compliance with code sets, and resolving questions related to claims. She previously worked on Kentucky’s Modular Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) modernization project, where she managed risks and issues, requirements, and testing over multiple functional areas.
