Carrie is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has over 30 years of HHS experience focused on large-scale enterprise system implementations, including Medicaid Management Information Systems, fiscal agent operations, and eligibility systems. She is an expert in Medicaid claims processing, policy, provider management, contract management, integrated eligibility, and benefit package management. Carrie has successfully led cross-functional teams throughout the system development lifecycle including data interfacing and extraction, requirements definition and documentation, business process analysis, development and testing, defect resolution, and legacy system conversion and configuration. Her ability to translate business requirements into product solutions and communicate future impacts supports leadership and stakeholders in sound decision making.
