Emma is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has a strong background in Organizational Change Management and Learning and Development. Emma has over five years of experience designing and facilitating high-impact learning programs and supporting change initiatives for large-scale system modernization efforts. Her work includes developing materials for self-led courses and group sessions, coordinating onboarding logistics, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Emma also supports OCM initiatives through stakeholder engagement, outreach planning, survey design, and development of clear, consistent communication materials to promote alignment and adoption. She regularly facilitates executive-level sessions and leads soft-skills training focused on communication, managing up, and trust-building, helping teams strengthen alignment, awareness, and readiness throughout periods of significant change.
