Vivette is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, focused on Medicaid IT. She is a Subject Matter Expert in the claims, finance, and provider business processes of Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA). She brings extensive knowledge of Medicaid functional areas and has expertise in product management, requirements gathering and management, data analysis, testing, and stakeholder coordination. Vivette has supported modular Medicaid system implementation in seven states. Prior to joining CSG, she oversaw provider management product development at Optum.
