Jessica is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Medicaid and other healthcare and human services system modernization projects. Jessica has supported projects throughout the full SDLC, including developing and managing system requirements, facilitating Joint Application Design sessions, conducting quality assurance and testing activities, and performing end user training. She recently oversaw test planning and execution for multiple Medicaid Enterprise System modules for the states of Mississippi and Alabama, including developing the overall test strategy and testing plans for system integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
