Tre is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Service practice. He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, including over eight years working in the public sector. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with extensive experience in business process reengineering, user acceptance testing, risk management, and requirements gathering, as well as both Agile and waterfall development methodologies. Prior to joining CSG, Tre led the implementation of a modernized Electronic Health Records system for the Virginia Department of Corrections, managing the full procurement process and ensuring compliance with federal IT standards. He is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
