Kristen is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has more than 10 years of experience in the child support program, with expertise in project management, policy analysis, and communication. Kristen formerly served as Child Support Program Manager for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, where she directed the redesign and automation of critical program processes and improved the integration of technology for streamlined operations. She is skilled at leading cross-functional teams by developing realistic schedules, coordinating project resources, and clearly communicating to deliver successful outcomes.
