John is a project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services and Program Modernization practices. He is a PMI-Certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of providing oversight for enterprise initiatives and program modernizations. John’s wide-ranging experience includes Project Management Offices (PMO), Independent Verification and Verification (IV&V), and independent Quality Assurance projects in states across the country. John has conducted independent systems assessments that include current/future-state analysis, gap analysis, and remediation strategy development and implementation. He has led projects using a variety of methodologies, including Agile and hybrid, and is an Agile Certified Practitioner.
