Rebecca is a senior project manager in CSG’s Unemployment Insurance (UI) and Child Welfare practices. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional who has worked in information systems since 1994, managing complex program-modernization projects for the public and private sectors. Rebecca has worked on UI system development projects in seven states, performing project management functions including vendor oversight, risk assessment, deliverable reviews, project scheduling, and requirements management. Since 2023, she has served as Program Manager for the Program Management Office for the Illinois Child Welfare Modernization project.
