Rusty is a technical and business analyst in CSG’s Health and Human Services practice. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 35 years of information systems experience, enterprise strategic planning, procurement, requirements management, and data management. Rusty has worked exclusively in Medicaid modernization for the last seven years, serving as Lead Analyst for five Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) State Self-Assessment (SS-A) and Medicaid Enterprise System modernization strategy development projects. Since 2016, he has served as the Lead Business Analyst for the Ohio Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Procurement Planning project, utilizing his deep knowledge of MITA, Centers for Medicaid and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidance, and Ohio’s MITA Roadmap to help the Medicaid Enterprise modernize its functional and technical approach to Medicaid operations.
