Darren is a technical and business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He is a Medicaid subject matter expert with more than 16 years of experience supporting Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) implementations and modernization projects, working with both the public and private sector of the program through interaction with managed care and fiscal agent vendors. Darren’s expertise includes Medicaid enterprise systems, Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) State Self-Assessments (SS-A), joint application development session facilitation, testing, and quality management. Darren has worked on Medicaid IT projects in 10 states and recently spent more than five years working on various Medicaid-related modernization projects in Iowa.
