Joseph is a business and technical analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has worked in information systems since 1996 and has more than eight years of experience working on state government Medicaid modernization projects. Joseph’s experience spans the system development life cycle (SDLC) and includes analyzing and documenting system functionality, defining business and system requirements, supporting the procurement process, testing, and ensuring alignment with federal certification requirements. He spent more than four years supporting several projects within Florida’s Medicaid program, including conducing a Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) State Self-Assessment (SS-A) and performing research and planning for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS).
