He has over 25 years of professional experience that includes business, project, proposal, and technical management and leadership roles. Larry has successfully managed large-scale system engineering and product development programs ranging in value from small business unit tasks to strategic investments of greater than $100 million. Larry has well-rounded professional experience in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), quality assurance, requirements definition, technical management, solutions architecture, telecommunications protocols, system upgrades and system migrations, and customer relationship management. Larry is a Six Sigma Green Belt and PMI-certified Project Management Professional.
