The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is implementing a modern, modular Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) based on a best of breed commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution. This is part of the Agency’s comprehensive and strategic IT transformation to enable the Agency to better support its commitment to act in the best interests of the children and families of Illinois by increasing its ability to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children to grow and prosper.
PMO by CSG SM for Agile
CSG is performing a broad spectrum of PMO services that encompass program and project management, vendor coordination, schedule and scope management, and providing business analysis support to ensure the new system meets state and federal requirements. CSG implements project management standards and processes designed to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget and results in a modern system that supports the delivery of critical services to some of Illinois’ most vulnerable children.
