The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Child Support Section, in collaboration with North Dakota Information Technology, is replacing its legacy child support system with a new technology solution. NODAK will provide a modern user experience for child support customers and stakeholders, enable caseworkers to make timely and appropriate decisions, and support positive outcomes for children and families.
Strategic Planning and DDI Readiness
North Dakota contracted with CSG to provide strategic planning, DDI readiness, and project management services. Our team is conducting an Office of Child Support Services-compliant Streamlined Feasibility Study, including a gap analysis, alternatives analysis, and cost benefit analysis. Based on the results of this study, our team established a Project Roadmap and high-level schedule for the project.
CSG is also developing the DDI vendor RFP, Advance Planning Documents, Data Quality Plan, and an Implementation Plan. Our team will continue to provide project management support throughout system design and development through successful implementation and federal certification.
