The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, Unemployment Insurance Agency is engaged in a complex, multi-year effort to implement a new unemployment insurance (UI) tax and benefits solution, known as MiUI. The MiUI Project is incorporating human-centered design principles and modern technologies to improve program operations and better meet the needs of Michigan’s workforce and employers.
Ensuring Readiness for Implementation
CSG is providing business and operational readiness consulting services for the MiUI Project, including assessing technical and organizational readiness for implementation. Our team is supporting assessments of system and user acceptance testing, requirements management, data management, organizational change management, training, and vendor performance to assist the State as it prepares for implementation.
