Ashley is a healthcare and human services expert who has devoted over 20 years to the industry. She started her career as a Claims Coordinator for multiple healthcare organizations, analyzing claims data and managing eligibility determinations. In 2015, she transitioned to public sector consulting, serving as a Business Analyst on large-scale Medicaid, eligibility, and electronic health record system implementations across the country.
Ashley joined CSG’s HHS practice in 2019, applying her system implementation experience to provide PMO and IV&V services for complex Medicaid Enterprise System modernization projects. She has supported Medicaid modernization projects in Idaho, Ohio, Kentucky, and Georgia, with responsibilities including procurement document development, risk and issue identification and mitigation, independent assessment, and user acceptance testing. Throughout these complex modular projects, Ashley maintained clear communications with cross-functional project teams, external partners, and the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to move projects forward, provide regular status updates, and ensure compliance with CMS requirements and expectations.
Ashley says, “These past six years at CSG have brought many opportunities to learn new skills, contribute to complex projects, and collaborate with and learn from teammates and clients. I’m grateful for the encouragement and support from the teams and leaders who have contributed to my development and I’m proud of the work we have accomplished together along the way.”
Thank you, Ashley, for your dedication to supporting states in developing innovative healthcare solutions that support the needs of their citizens!
