She joined CSG in 2022 and served as a Testing Analyst for CSG’s PMO for the Nevada Child Support Enforcement Program System Replacement project. Leveraging her strong communication and collaboration skills, Je’Kashia facilitates daily meetings with the team, plans user acceptance testing activities, and acts as a liaison between the State and its solution vendor.
“What started off as a career has grown into a passion. It’s been a privilege to work for a state child support agency to modernize its systems and improve business practices to better serve the community,” says Je’Kashia. “Working at CSG has allowed me to continue this commitment to service. It has also provided the ability to work with many talented and knowledgeable individuals who challenge me to grow professionally and think creatively to enhance the support we provide to our clients.”
Thank you, Je’Kashia, for your dedication to ensuring children and families receive the services they need!
