Alicia Curtiss

Alicia is a business analyst and Organizational Change Management expert in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has 12 years of experience in child support with the Oregon Department of Justice, most recently spending five years as a branch manager. She brings expertise in change management, business process reengineering, operational and policy analysis, training, and resource management. Alicia recently served as the pilot office manager for Oregon’s modernized child support system, Origin, which launched in 2018. In that role, she developed agency business flows, led various aspects of change management, and developed a weekly WebEx training session for agency staff to support their transition to the new system.
