Amanda is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Child Welfare Practice. She has more than 15 years of experience in child welfare, including three years in a management role for the New Mexico MMIS CCWIS project. Amanda brings extensive knowledge of child welfare functional areas and business processes, and has experience with data analysis, testing, and quality assurance. She also has comprehensive experience using a variety of software utilized in the Juvenile Justice Services program that include Family Automated Client Tracking System (FACTS), Screening, Admissions and Releases Application (SARA), Behavioral Health Case Management Systems, and a Victim Notification Web-based Application.
