Anya is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Child Welfare practice. She has over six years of experience within the Oregon child support program, most recently serving as a branch manager where she was part of the team leading the implementation of Oregon’s new child support IT system. Anya has experience in all child support child support functional areas with expertise in establishment, enforcement, locate, and financials. She has served as a Subject Matter Expert for business process reengineering, restructuring processes, and priorities to ensure systems are meeting business needs. She also regularly conducted quality reviews, managed risks, and provided training as needed.
