Christopher Fernandez

Christopher is a Business and Technical Analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Child Welfare practice. He has more than 15 years of experience in the child welfare and juvenile justice programs, and has supported Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) implementations in Indiana and New Mexico. Christopher has held multiple IT leadership roles for system operations and modernization efforts, and has extensive experience with system design and development, testing, quality assurance, and applications and infrastructure management. Most recently, he completed testing for Indiana’s CCWIS project, including development of test scripts and execution of functional and regression testing.
