Senior Principal

Dale is a client executive in CSG’s Child Support practice. He is a senior systems and Certified Enterprise Architect who has worked in the IT industry since 1985. Dale uses his technical expertise to assist state agencies in achieving their system modernization visions, and his experience includes technical documentation reviews, security assessments, and the creation of data architecture strategies that incorporate the organization’s goals and priorities and support business needs. Dale spent more than three years as the Enterprise Architect for the Illinois Healthcare and Human Services Innovation Incubator (i2) Project, which coordinated nine departments/agencies to establish an enterprise repository of artifacts and components by determining the set of business processes to be leveraged across the organizations. His time on the project included serving as the Chief Information Officer of the project for 10 months. He also performed Enterprise Architecture evaluation duties on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) Framework 3.0 project.
