He has over 20 years of experience in project management, serving as the Senior Director of Operations for the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS). Darrell has provided oversight as an executive advisor on DFCS projects including strategy, planning, data analysis, business process change management, and training. He has worked to ensure federal policy compliance for several large-scale systems including integrated eligibility, child welfare, and child care.
