Her expertise includes IT leadership, operations, project management standards, and Management Information Systems. Deanne previously worked for South Dakota Bureau of Information and Telecommunications where she specialized in software and portfolio management, process improvement, change management, and problem-solving. She defined application requirements and business rules for South Dakota Department of Social Service’ programs, including Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, child support, and child care.
