Ellen is a business analyst and Organizational Change Management (OCM) expert in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has more than 25 years of public sector consulting experience, including 12 years of state government child support program experience. Ellen previously served in several project management and director level roles for the Indiana Department of Child Services where she provided services including project management, OCM, strategic planning and leadership, stakeholder management and engagement, strategic communications, executive management, grant writing, community outreach, and legislative relations. Her experience in Indiana includes serving as the Project Manager and OCM Lead for the Child Support System Modernization project supporting the State in its transition to the upgraded system. Ellen is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
