Principal

Faith is a business and functional analyst and subject matter expert in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 25 years of experience developing, funding, evaluating, and managing innovative programs and services that serve targeted populations. She has experience across a wide spectrum of healthcare and human services programs, including Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program, Medicare, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Emergency Needs, child care, aging programs and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. Recently, Faith spent more than three years as a Functional Analyst providing Independent Verification and Validation for Vermont’s integrated eligibility system modernization, identifying project and program risks and issues and providing applicable recommendations for the State project team and its module vendors.

25+ years working in various capacities with public sector health and human services programs
15+ years running program administration (public, private, and nonprofit sectors) including design, finance and budgets, evaluation, personnel management, training, and facility operation
15+ years conducting resource development and contract management (research, proposal writing, developing RFPs and requests for quotation, evaluation, and reporting)
