Gwen is a project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services Practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with 25 years of experience in Medicaid, and has been managing and providing quality assurance on both short and long term projects for 11 years. Gwen has extensive knowledge in scheduling, deliverable management, risk identification, resource planning, and improving efficiencies and productivity. She has been serving as a Project Manager for the Missouri Eligibility Determination and Enrollment System PMO Project since 2015, facilitating and supporting business prioritization and planning activities for the State’s implementation of an integrated eligibility system.
